“Smart Roofing Systems did a roof repair for us about four years ago and they were great so when it came time to look at replacing the roof about six weeks ago we wanted to make sure to have them give us a quote. We had three companies come out, all with good reviews. When the quotes came back, we were happy to see that Smart Roofing Systems was so competitive. They were actually close to $20k less than one of the more well known brands in the area. Fast forward to this week. On Monday, they began our the job. We have a large ranch with a three stall attached garage, two stall detached garage and a pool house. I'm writing this review on Wednesday at 11 a.m. and they are just wrapping up. The cost savings and timeliness are fantastic but what really stands out is the quality of the crew. At the end of each day, the they cleaned up everything, not leaving a nail to be found. They are also very polite and respectful, making sure to not work too late into the evening when we were home. Our new roof looks beautiful!! The communication between Rick in the field and Nikki in the office was well beyond my expectations, they kept me in the loop the entire project and followed up several times after completion.
