Install crew was on time and took their shoes off every time they entered our house (and it was a lot). They were friendly and fun to watch work. They were thorough with their install and when we pointed out an issue with a lock, they jumped right on fixing it and told us what the issue was. They made sure we understood all the benefits of our new windows and cleaned up after themselves before they left.
I think the installers were both punctual and professional. They let me know what they were doing with my windows and why. They did it in an adequate timeframe & left no clean up for me. I was very impressed & happy with their work.
Mike was our sales rep. We are looking at getting rid of our tub and installing a new walk in shower instead. He answered all ours questions and explained everything to us in terms we could understand. We love the product. Unfortunately it is out of our budget and price range at the moment. When we are ready to go ahead we will definitely call him again.
