I received an in person quote. The in person part should not be important but it is, I received 2 quotes from others, who used a Google earth photo to quote, never spoke with either of them just a picture of my house and a price. Having Gerry at my home allowed me to discuss my specific ideas allowing Gerry to come up with the best fit for my needs. He and his crew arrived exactly when they said they would and began work. Due to rain my start date was pushed as Gerry wanted to make sure the base layer was dry and proper for pouring concrete. Vento Decorative Concrete company was simply wonderful from first meeting with owner Gerry Vento to completion of our driveway and walkway. Gerry was immediately understanding of our goals and provided detailed plans that helped ease and eliminate any concerns we had. His team were focused, and professional, beginning early and working consistently to completion. First rate!

This is a great company to work with. Gerry the owner is very personable and professional, and he cares about the customer's desire for a high-quality job. He follows through on commitments and keeps in touch leading up to and throughout a job. He starts a job with his crew and returns to ensure a good job.
