Great company, usually. In June I had a tech out to check my washer/dryer combo for leaks, he was good he moved it and took it apart nothing found. In July I had him out again as the machine was obviously not balanced. He took it apart , put it back together and told me it should/could shake and make noise when spinning. Yesterday I called because of the same issue and was told because I was Approximately 2 weeks out of warranty I would have to pay for a Service call. Now mind you my machine was truly balanced and made no additional noises, it was the perfect set before his first visit for almost a year.
I have utilized rsi multiple times mostly for laundry appliances,... fast, efficient, and reasonable in advice given and on the billing side. Jill (my last technician) was the epitome of these things. Quick efficient repair, personable and professional!
Jill was absolutely wonderful! She knew exactly the cause of our problem practically before she opened the door of the refrigerator. She replaced the bad unit and explained what the problem was. We can't recommend her highly enough!
