Todd from American Appliance just left my house from a service call that he was contracted through via Consumers Energy, and to say that he was awesome is an understatement. Unlike the gentleman from AJ’s appliance repair that came out for my refrigerator and was in and out in less than 2 minutes and said it wasn’t repairable(which it was), but that’s another review for a later time.. back to Todd, he covers my area (Marshall/Battle Creek) and he was top notch and took the time to explain to me what was wrong with my oven and making the effort to find parts to fix it, vs just saying nope it’s too old or too hard to fix. I had Tim come out this morning to look at my Washer. He was awesome and very fair priced. He was also very informative with my washer and other appliances. I would highly recommend using him and this company.
