“IF YOU NEED HEATING OR COOLING HELP - Call Custom Engineering Heating & Cooling!This is the second time I've had the true pleasure of being helped by members of their team.Sunday my furnace stopped working. I called their after hours line and reiterated that it was non-emergent and if possible I would like to get an appointment Monday.Flash forward to Monday first thing in the morning and I received a call from Joe! He calmed my nerves & we scheduled an appointment for the afternoon.Not only did I receive a polite confirmation call but when Nick and Tyler showed up to my house they got right to business diagnosing! They didn't only diagnose and fix my faulty ground wire - they also took the time to make sure my flame sensor was clean, entire circuit board was functioning as it should and got rid of the gurgle/gravel sound my condensation pump was making. (My HEROES)I've NEVER been so happy to hear my heater running!Every person from this company is upbeat, kind, knowledgeable, and going to get the job done RIGHT for you.Lastly - the price point for their services have been SO reasonable.Thank you a million times over Custom Engineering Heating & Cooling!“
