Great job! Requested an appointment online late at night and they sent Rob out next morning, who inspected and cleaned the ancient furnace we inherited when we bought the house a few months ago. He also checked our crawl space and attic and had recommendations to improve the unit and was honest about what was needed and what was not critical. Service call also did not break the bank. I plan on contacting Badour when this old clunker finally gives up the ghost (hopefully not for a little while still!), and just knowing there's a company I can trust with such a vital home project is a relief.
We were in need of someone to reinstall our gas dryer and Austin Carter from Badour Heating and Cooling came to our rescue sooner than later. We had attempted the connection ourselves but the smell of gas made us realize this this was not for us and we started calling around. Austin came out the next morning reconfirming our appointment by phone and apologizing that he might be 10 minutes late but he showed up right on time….took care of the reconnecting our dryer to the gas line and saved the day.
