We ran into a frustrating plumbing issue with our main basement drain pipe and the drain underneath our kitchen sink. After trying to fix them ourselves without success, we called Chartier and Sons Plumbing out of Bay City for help.
What happened next blew us away. We were honestly just hoping to set up an appointment for an evaluation, but Jeff called us back minutes later to discuss the problem. When he heard where we lived, he mentioned he was close by and would be happy to stop over.

I messed up my leaky shower valve trying to change a cartridge on an old Delta. I was panicking because it was way over my head. Luckily Jim came out and fixed my shower right away. Only took him 37 minutes to do a job that looked like a nightmare to me. Highly recommend these guys. Second time I've had them do work and they are really good and quick and reasonable!
