I called National Electric at 4 pm, within 40 minutes Robert was at my house telling me what needed to be done. Darius and his crew were at my house and left at 10:40pm with my power restored, and back the next day to replace all my lights in the basement. They were very professional and I would definitely recommend this company and will use them again when needed“

After DTE had secured the line to the pole we reach out to National Electric since they offered service 24 hours a day. Rob had assisted me via phone and was able to determine what services I need and gave a quick quote. He had a team out to my house within 2 hours. Chris and Will came to my home and got right to work. They explained the process and went to work with updating us to code. Since some of my electrical was grandfathered. Their work looks great and they were able to explain plenty. They were super friendly and made sure I had electric before the nights over. Chris was super helpful at teaching me about my prayed and when my power was restored he made sure everything was working before he departed. We had a brief scare but quickly figured out it was a gfr switch. I am super happy with the work National Electric provide and Chris did a phenomenal job!“
