Wonderful experience! I didn't realize this shop is by appointment only, I just saw that it said it was open and I wanted a small tattoo that I had been dying to get for about a year. I drove there, accidentally rang their doorbell (not realizing the shop was right around the corner) and stood for a little bit before I decided it must be the wrong place or whatever and started to leave. I hear the door open and a man walks out, I ask if they're open and he said no but asked what I was looking to get. Today was my 1st time meeting norm and his wife, I'm honestly sad I haven't met them sooner. I personally deal with a lot of anxiety and I told them that, They both did a very good job with making sure I was comfortable before tattooing. Norm takes time to make a one of a kind peice for you, that you get to enjoy for a life time.
