They delivered before noon per my request however I’m disappointed because what I seen online was not what was received by the recipient. The flowers were still pretty just not wow!

Josh at Wild Strawberry and More ran into a problem where the local florist who were to deliver to my Mother in Law in Marshall Mi ran out of the special vase I had chose. There are supply problems because of Covid 19. On their website it said it was available and it Was in Lansing, but not near Marshall. I was very disappointed as I had spent a lot of time finding a florist who had this particular vase and flowers available. At this point Josh offered to have their shop in Lansing deliver the arrangement to my Mother in Law. It's a 45 minute drive! Well they did and she has her flowers. Very Professional! What great service. Thank you!

I received a UPS door tag stating that my paycheck had been delivered to this store. When I went to the store it was closed, but the owner Ruth took me to the back of the store anyway to show me that my check unfortunately had not been delivered. She felt bad about the mixup, gave me a beautiful pink rose, and said to call her the next day to see if it showed up. The following day, Ruth called me to let me know that UPS had just dropped off my check. She was very kind, helpful, and understanding in this situation. She also designs beautiful bouquets! Thanks Ruth!
