He quickly diagnosed the furnace issue, replaced the necessary parts he had on hand, and ordered an additional part for later installation. Andre also took the time to explain the heat ducts and dampers and shared best practices for filter replacement. His professionalism, knowledge, and pleasant demeanor were greatly appreciated.
