The Cleaning Authority came recommended by a friend, and I'm so glad I gave it a try! They are wonderful. My house is spotless. Everything was done quickly and efficiently. Additionally, the staff are great. Super nice and professional. I highly recommend them.

They were on great. They showed what time they will be on the app, they came in and introduced themselves and they were great. They spent a lot of time where they stated they would and did an amazing job. Would highly recommend.Services: General housekeeping

1. Doors & door frames have never been hand wiped.2. All kitchen furniture has never been hand wiped.3. I've asked several times that the glass tops on the tables and stands be cleaned with glass cleaner NOT with dust clothes or feather dusters. Again this time it was not done correctly on all the glass surfaces, consequently they look like they have a fillmy on them. PLEASE stop trying to dust glass with cloths and feather dusters.4.Most of the window ledges weren't dusted. I found cobwebs on 3 of them.5. In the master bathroom in the north-east corner where the ceiling and wall meet there is still a big cobweb and window frames not dusted.6. Whomever did the small bathroom...read full review
