I had the pleasure of working with Erin, and she has been wonderful throughout the process. She is upbeat, helpful, and professional, which made a very positive difference in my experience.
That said, there were times when it seemed she did not know much about the details of the position being posted. At times, the approach felt more business-driven than staff-focused, and it was disappointing when she wasn’t familiar with the specifics of my assignment.

I had such a great experience with Blake at Spherion. He has been super kind, helpful, and made the whole process really easy for me. From the beginning, he explained everything clearly and were always there to answer my questions.
What I loved most is how they actually cared about making sure the job was the right fit for me. They really listened and gave me confidence every step of the way.
If you get the chance to work with Blake, you’ll see how awesome he really is.
Blake was pretty calm in dealing with offtime. My phone happened to break before I came in and we still made the application work and go through. Seems to be all rounded in a lot of things. Communication being a strong suit.
