I know absolutely nothing about make up and the girls working we’re so helpful and friendly. I wish I knew their names so i could give them a shout out. Every single thing they recommended I love! Definitely will be going back. Thank you for all your help!!

Sooo, the Sephora in Eastwood was a bad experience for me, as it’s filled with ladies that give you fake smiles when you look at them. You know the “I’m not a racist” smile? That’s the one. I decided to go to another Sephora, and I have to say that the service at this location in jcpenny is so much more welcoming and an overall better environment.

This is quickly becoming my favorite Sephora. Diana is incredible! She is always so friendly and helpful. She genuinely treats you like you're her best friend. I would come back to this Sephora simply for Diana. This location also seems to be the first to get new products, which I love! They have a great selection of products for a smaller store and have the top items. It's always clean and never crowded.
