I love JCP. I love their deals. But most of the time I havent had good encounters customer service wise. Yesterday I was truly impressed with your employee Tori. She is friendly, professional and efficient. I like the way she represented herself and your company. For once I felt like my money is respected. And I look forward to shopping there for the holidays and hope Tori will be there too! Great job Tori -you rock!

Haven’t had a haircut in 3 years and was nervous to get my hair cut short again, but Destiny did an AMAZING job transforming my dead mess of hair into the beautiful short do on the right! Not to mention the beautiful lightening job.Definitely recommend to anyone interested in an amazing haircut experience.

Came into this store Dec 2018. What a disaster...I have never seen a store in such disarray. And it was clearly due to under staffing. Such a shame. They seemed to have a decent product selection, just everything tossed and mashed and piled all over...honestly it was a mess. We are long time card carrying Penney shoppers and will be till the end...but I hope they can see through these tough times and get back to managing their stores correctly.
