Excellent service. I rented out the upstairs ballroom for a graduation party. Shanell Howell the event coordinator worked with me as I was planning from another state. Shannell was transparent about all cost. Food was delicious and the staff and bar tender was top tier.
Royal Scot is home to a variety of games and activities, with a special focus on bowling and golf. I come here primarily to bowl, and the lanes and machinery are kept in good working order. My only real complaint is the live TV feed and slideshows that can occasionally play on the back wall, just above the pin setters. The moving backgrounds can be distracting on the approach, and have certainly distracted me and my party as we bowled here. If you can overlook that, there is nothing out of order here.
Bowling at Royal Scott for my birthday with a small group of family and friends with 3 lanes.
When we went it was mid afternoon on a saturday and it was VERY busy.
We had some issues with our lanes, normal stuff ive experience at many bowling alleys, ball returns, sticky bumpers.
The manager Colt, was AMAZING! He was on top of everything in a very timely manner, we only noticed the issues for a moment before he had somebody coming to help us.
I was very impressed with how the management and team here responded. Thanks for making my birthday a great experience!
