It took a while to get a technician out to my house , but when the technician arrived the next day he was great. He was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. He didn’t leave until he found the problem and solved it. I was completely satisfied!!
Joe Hoose first explained what he would do to clear a drainage tile that ran about 50 ft. along our cottage. He was 75% sure he could accomplish the task. He was successful in clearing the blockage. He was very personable and respectful and knows his equipment well. Thank you for sending Joe to our cottage and so quickly today.
