If I could give Oddie 10 stars I would!! He is easy to work with, very knowledgeable, and . He priced my house perfect and it sold in a week for asking price. I also worked with him in finding my new home, which was no easy feat. Sorry, I was so picky, but he learned what I wanted and what items I was willing to compromise on which helped in my search. He wanted to make sure I got what I wanted and did not push me to accept something that I would have regretted later!! You can not go wrong choosing Oddie as your realtor!!
Oddie helped me buy the first home. He guided us through a lot of open houses, and showed us the goods and bads. He also help us make the deal making and closing quicker, and we do not need to worry too much. He is a really good agent for buying homes.
Very pleasant to work with! Oddie was extremely knowledgeable and helpful! He went over and beyond to make sure he found everything I wanted on my wishlist for my forever home! I truly appreciate everything he did!!! I will most definitely be recommending him to friends and family!!!
