Planned Parenthood - Lansing Health Center

Came in for an IUD and the staff was absolutely amazing. I’m a young adult so I hadn’t even had a pap smear yet so I was a bit mortified and overwhelmed by the whole ordeal. Both the nurse and the nurse practitioner were fantastic, they answered all my questions and made me feel so much better. It didn’t even hurt as much as I expected ❤️

I have been coming here for years and the staff is the best. They’re always very communicative, kind, and compassionate. I always know I am safe and welcome when I walk in. I have seen Kaitlin Heiner on 2 different occasions and she is always very understanding and considerate of people’s triggers. She has always made me feel very safe in her care. I appreciate the Lansing Planned Parenthood so much!

Went in for an IUD insertion and it went great! I had Shauna for my medical assistant and Kaitlin for my procedure, they were both super kind and hospitable. Appointment was on time.
I got the Skyla IUD and it didn't hurt one bit, and I was allowed on my phone as distraction. Kaitlin talked me through the whole thing and answered all my questions. Highly recommended :-)
