Used for Hunter Douglas Shade RepairThis business is very responsive and organized. Ruth and Ethan did a great job replacing the batteries in the shades on our cathedral ceiling level windows. They also hung up a shade that was at that level. We were able to get a battery pack repaired and buy a new controller. Excellent job!!!!!

Exceptional service. Ruth was able to easily identify the problem with my shade and repair it while I waited. Because of her expertise, my shade is back up without needing to send it back to the manufacturer for repair. I'm grateful to have this local business in our community. And, of course, love the dogs.
