We worked with Jeff whose experience and expertise helped us decide what flooring would work for us and our house as first time homeowners. I also came into contact with Suzanne who helped us pick out the perfect color and samples. Tom helped us measure and informed us on all the prep work we needed to make sure our flooring install was going to be perfect. Ben with delivery was so kind and really went above and beyond delivering our floors to the different rooms.

We had a fantastic experience with Maloney for our hardwood installation. Cathy was wonderful in helping us choose the right flooring option for our home, guiding us with patience and expertise. Tom came out to do the measurements and took the time to educate us along the way—he even saved us from putting the wrong product in the wrong room, which could have cost us more. Instead of just selling us more, he gave us honest advice that truly showed how much they care about their customers. Finally, Scotty handled the installation, and he was outstanding—professional, punctual, and did the job flawlessly without any issues.
