I wanted to share that I’ve been working with Madeira for the last couple of weeks getting a new laptop set up and working. The help desk was very responsive and patient. This morning it was determined I needed to replace the docking station. They said they would get it out and it would arrive by Wednesday afternoon.

RonJon, one of the help desk reps, whom I’ve spent many hours on the phone with, saw the box ready for UPS pickup and grabbed it since my house was on his way home. I was so happy he went out of his way to personally drop it off.

Excellent customer service. 😊

We own Blue Surfaces, a company located in Lansing - MI and we use large CNC machines to cut granite.This week we had a problem with the computer on one of the machines, which impacted our production line.Not obtaining the necessary support from the machine manufacturer, we sought help from Madeira Networks.We were extremely well supported. I Was in the market for new servers and upgrading our firewall and security.I was not very happy with our current provider and started shopping around.I was not having a good feeling about some of the IT companies I was meeting.When I got a random call From Walter, I knew Walter back when he was selling phone systems.
