Full disclosure we didn't actually use any of the services. However, I purchased a gift card for Mother's day this year strictly because they offered facials. Fast forward to June and we receive notice that they are no longer offering facials. Apparently the person that offered that service had moved on. I called and they were very gracious and apologetic and immediately provided a full refund for the gift card. They could have just told me too bad, nothing they can do, etc. but I really appreciated the integrity and willingness to be flexible.
It's great to get a massage, my only complaint is that if you want to stop in and pick up a crystal or an essence ring, it's about a 75% chance the door will be locked. Staff goes on break and have to take care of clients and I understand that. What I do not understand is why on 3 separate occasions I tried to stop by and the door was locked.
Had such a great massage with Al today! Great pressure, beautiful atmosphere, and I genuinely feel so good afterward. I was in the “Air” element room and it was gorgeous, very calming and relaxing. Al was wonderful and I’d absolutely come back again.
