I used to see Pam about 10 years ago for my migraines. She did about 4 sessions specifically for migraines and they have only recently started coming back. So I also am back to see Pam! She is amazing and extremely thorough. She is also helping me with my neck and back pain. If you are having pain I highly recommend health and harmony!Edit*I went back for my neck pain and took 2 sessions and completely feel better. I work as a mail carrier and am bending my head all day. My neck was giving mehorrible pain and headaches and completely feels better now.

Very warm and inviting. Well thought out to create a relaxing environment.The best part I enjoyed an amazing massage by Keely she worked out areas of stress I felt very relaxed. I can't wait to come back. Scheduling online is easy I made an appointment and was seen within a day.

A very relaxing/cozy venue, staff are always very welcoming and polite. The new location is coming together great! Thank you for being so informative with the relocation process.I have been seeing Kim for about a year now, and she has made my chronic back/shoulder tension much more bearable and drastically decreased my headache frequency from that tension. Although I recently moved from Lansing to the Detroit area, I gladly make the trip out and look forward to every visit since it is part of my chronic pain management routine. I'd definitely recommend cupping to anyone who is interested! Forever grateful to have found this small business.
