J&M helped to facilitate and move my grandma out of an abusive assisted living home. They sent 2 gentlemen who were on time, VERY respectful and polite, and moved very quickly! We moved my grandma all the way to bay city from lansing, their timing was punctual and their customer service skills were above and beyond. Ultimately an amazing experience and such a big help to our family! If ever in the area again I would definitely use their services and 100% reccomend. I had been searching for some time on how I could get rid of my old upright piano. I could not even give it away for free! Then I inquired with J&M Hauling, and found out that they do indeed remove and dispose of pianos and to just let them know when to come out. When the time came that I really had to get rid of the piano, I called them short notice and by the next week they arrived and quickly removed it. I am so grateful I happened to find out about J&M Hauling. Highly recommend!
