Excellent service! Shawn was out to fix a blockage in the drain pipe in the basement that was causing it to overflow.

He took care of the blockage very quickly and was very personable throughout the entire process. I also appreciated his transparent pricing on his website so there were no surprises.

I highly recommend having him fix anything you might need plumbing related!

If I could rate more than 5 stars I ABSOLUTELY would. I had a main line blockage and had a plumber come out from Vredevoogd and they said they put a 75ft line down the drain but couldn't unblock it. I then had Roto-Rooter come out and quote me almost $1600 to do a jet to clean out my pipes. I texted Shawn and he came out to my house the same day and was able to clear my blockage after 50ft of cable and went down the rest of the line. He was also so very nice and knowledgeable. I have a very hard time finding good places down here to do work on my home and Shawn provided more than I'd ever imagined. I purchased an investment property and had shawn come in and inspect the plumbing. He came out free of charge and gave me a scope of work estimate. Estimate was accurate and he did great work. He even made a second trip to come back on his own time and fixed an issue we were both puzzled on since it was an old style shower valve. Dont go with the other guys in town they will rip you off hardcore. Shawn is honest and put my fears at ease. Never tried to upsell me anything. Just a great dude. Most likely best prices in town!
