Update: Came to fix my furnace in this polar vortex weather. Took 15 minutes and it's toasty warm in my home! Thank you again for keeping me comfortable. EH Ward Company came out after hours to fix my AC. Thank you so much! It saved me from 90 degrees heat when I was working remote. FAST, FRIENDLY PROMPT SERVICE!

Quick, responsive, courteous, and honest. Dealing with a dead furnace in a cold snap always feels risky, but EH Ward treated me like a valued and respected customer, not someone to be taken advantage of. Great experience based on a referral from my usual HVAC guy. Will keep them in mind in the future!

The gentleman who came to my house today on Stirling Ave. I want to thank you for EVERYTHING! He came looked at my furnace and was honest said we'd probably have to replace the whole thing, our mother board was fried. He left and I was so sad it's been 2 yrs without heat. Not 30 mins later we hear a knock, it was him. He came back with a glimmer of hope in his hands, he found a motherboard and it worked. He fixed our heat, right before the biggest blizzard in years. Not only did he bless us with heat, he took the money we had to offer and made payments for the last little bit. I was overcome with gratitude.
