The Brixmor Property Group recently engaged L.D. Clark to develop an outparcel for a new frestanding Chipotle restaurant with a drive thru at our Delta Center in Lansing, MI. Both the site and accelerated schedule were challenging but LD Clark delivered on time and under budget, with no interuption to our existing tenant's opertaions. We would not have been successful without their local connections, and longstanding working relationship with the building departments and utility providers. They are a family run company with very experienced and professional team members. I highly recommend them for your next full service property development project.
