We visit with these patients monthly and have formed friendships with several of them. In particular, one of them has made great progress since we started visiting. She could not verbally communicate with us and just today, we had a conversation with her. It brought tears to our eyes. We highly recommend Centered Care. They truly love and care for their patients and it shows.

We would like to thank Centered Care personnel for all they did to support our family in caring for our mother and grandmother. Their loving care and excellent service helped us to keep our mother in her own home for as long as possible, which was very important to her.
