Believe the low reviews!!!! I have attached proof that I was a customer so google can verify me. I will give credit that he is a sweet man with a heartwarming story, but that's all. As far as an inspector, I would NOT recommend hiring him. He did a quick inspection and missed the fact that most of my attic did NOT have insulation on the floor. He also missed the egregious amount of mold throughout the attic. You say you don't provide mold inspections but you're supposed to point out things of interest that may need further investigation. There was also mold in the basement ceiling that literally came through the floor and into the carpet, which prompted the findings....read full review

I was looking to buy a demoed house. The house was in such bad shape when he arrived he said that he wouldn't charge me because he wouldn't be of much use considering the extesive amount of work needed. He did proceed to give me some good advice for free. I would recommend him

Super old school, uses a 30 page check list, no pictures or explanations, you get what you pay for. Older nice gentleman but didn’t do much in attic or on roof. Decent report but not up to todays standards as we found a bunch of things he didn’t discuss or note on the report. Again he was $300 most are $600 so my fault.
