Worked with Tammy and Ben for our home inspection and they are phenomenal! They made the process super simple for us, as we didn’t even need to attend and take the time off of work but were given the option. Tammy, with whom I was mostly speaking with throughout the process, is very kind and knowledgeable, as well as on top of it. There was a miscommunication between a couple people throughout the process (hey things happen!) which resulted in the initial report missing a radon test. I communicated this and Ben and Tammy got to it before I had even reached out to them directly, and waived the cost for the additional item.
