I called to ask about getting a repair done to my hot tub. Don suggested a fix I could try myself first. I did what he suggested and it worked. I will definitely be calling with any future hot tub repairs.

Had an issue with a used hot tub we purchased. Talked to Darren (sp?) who was amazing on the phone. He walked us through an issue we were having right on the phone. He spoke to Don (hot tub pro?) :) who gave some great advice. Great service even without them rolling out to our place and charging us. Will call them next time I need someone to roll their wheels to our place for a repair.

Don gave me a lot of detailed instructions over the phone about how to solve my hot tub issue by myself. In the end, it was a simple issue exactly as how Don described it might be, and I am glad I tried his suggestion and saved some money by not having them come out. Kudos for genuinely trying to help and not preying on less knowledgeable customers.
