The repairman was very friendly and knowledgeable about why dryer wasn't working.I thought maybe washer wasn't going to work but he was kind enough to check it. I save some money. He fixed it in record time.I have used this business before and will continue using them. So, business is more than highly recommended!!!

Rob saved the day. My banshee dryer was driving me (and my poor neighbors) insane and I just couldn't take it anymore! Called on Thursday, respond Friday morning, and Rob was there Monday afternoon to fix it. Extraordinarily polite (even took off his boots without asking) and just a pure professional the entire time. Fixed the squeaky wheel with a three month guarantee. Thank you for bringing some blessed silence back into our lives. Highly recommend!! Don't grit your teeth and pray that the noise will stop. You have suffered enough - call them now!!

Rob did a great job installing a new garbage disposal. We talked about the brand on the phone and he picked up the one we agreed upon. He replaced it in a timely manner and it works great.I mentioned that the oven in my old stove wasn't working. Rob took the time to replace the filament. Sadly, it needed more than that. He didn't charge me for checking it out. Dick's Appliance Service is on our family's "go to" list for home repair.
