B&L is awesome…a truly top-notch, reliable cleaning/carpet cleaning company! I have worked with them on a personal basis for cleaning needs, as well as having had a professional vendor relationship before retiring from my property management career. While this review is as an employee and not a customer, hopefully it illuminates more ways this company is wonderful. B&L Cleaning is incredible to work for. I've never been treated with more respect and fairness as an employee than what they've shown me here.The training was thorough without being micromanaging, and as I learned, every correction was handled professionally without being confrontational or belittling. Their communication is very clear while being kind and thoughtful. They are very deliberate and intentional with their treatment of employees. B & L is top notch! They were professional, easy to work with and did an incredible job getting out some stains/odors from our dogs. They offered advice for any handling future stains/odors as well. Would highly recommend them and will definitely be calling them in the future.Services: Carpet steam cleaning
