While this review is as an employee and not a customer, hopefully it illuminates more ways this company is wonderful. B&L Cleaning is incredible to work for. I've never been treated with more respect and fairness as an employee than what they've shown me here.The training was thorough without being micromanaging, and as I learned, every correction was handled professionally without being confrontational or belittling. Their communication is very clear while being kind and thoughtful. They are very deliberate and intentional with their treatment of employees. B & L is top notch! They were professional, easy to work with and did an incredible job getting out some stains/odors from our dogs. They offered advice for any handling future stains/odors as well. Would highly recommend them and will definitely be calling them in the future.Services: Carpet steam cleaning

Can’t say enough positive things about this company. Workers arrived on time, were friendly, professional and most importantly they did an awesome job. With young grandchildren (and a carpeted eating area-UGH!) I had serious doubts that stains would come out, but I was wrong—carpets looks like new!
