I had trouble hooking up my sand filter/pump I bought online. The company I purchased it from couldn’t help. Five minutes before Theresa’s store closed I called her. I explained my situation and frustration. She asked for my address and at 8:30 that evening she stopped by. She reviewed my set up, made a couple changes, and my pump/filter was up and running. Not only did she come to my home after hours to help with a product I bought elsewhere, she didn’t charge me a dime. I would have gladly paid. I had a nearly green pool thanks to the excessive heat and rain we got a month ago. They analyzed the water, showed me what I needed and it cleared right up. I have been going back and having the water tested every 7 or 8 days and it is staying clear. I would highly recommend this business.
