The team, all of them at Redlands Poolwerx were most attentive, understanding and gracious in diagnosising a problem with our pool sweep. After analysis, they directed me to the problem and the issue was resolved. And unbelievably the refused to charge us any type of service fee, even though we insisted.

I had a great experience at Poolwerx in Redlands. I had been coming in weekly for over a month getting my pool water tested, and John took the time to review all of my previous results and noticed something wasn’t adding up. Instead of just selling me more chemicals, he suggested my pool might actually be losing water and recommended doing a bucket test before buying anything else.
He turned out to be exactly right. My pool was slowly losing water, and I later confirmed the leak was coming from inside the auto-fill canister.
