I had a great experience at Poolwerx in Redlands. I had been coming in weekly for over a month getting my pool water tested, and John took the time to review all of my previous results and noticed something wasn’t adding up. Instead of just selling me more chemicals, he suggested my pool might actually be losing water and recommended doing a bucket test before buying anything else.
He turned out to be exactly right. My pool was slowly losing water, and I later confirmed the leak was coming from inside the auto-fill canister.

A couple of months ago, we had a leak in our solar pool system, and the actuator that controls the flow to the solar panels wasn’t working. I reached out to Pool Werx to see if they could temporarily shut it off until the solar company could come out. Ken Van Ufflen responded promptly, took care of it, and explained what needed to be done when the solar repair company arrived.
