Window World provided a quality install. They were on time and completed the job in a timely manner. Customer service was excellent and accommodating.

110 % excellent workmanship on windows installation Back to update. As good as they did with windows they did just lousy with new door. Ordered it waited 3 months storm door came too big. Waited for replacement only to be told that door couldn’t be made shorter. Was offered different door, told em forget it. Why would I trust them to get it right. Been waiting for them to finish interior trim on door now two weeks and waiting. Wrote a $1000.00 check deposit which Chelsea lost and cost us $30.00 to stop payment on. Door was a disaster from the beginning

Had a great experience from the initial quote through installation. Very low-pressure sales visit and didn't play games like other window companies that I also got quotes from. The high-pressure tactics that other companies use turned me off but the sales rep from Window World was great! She walked me through the options and left me all the information I needed to consider what I needed. The installers did a great job, were very friendly and knowledgeable, and even cleaned up after themselves which I wasn't expecting. They installed 13 windows and 4 patio doors in one day and I couldn't be happier with the process!

Absolute BS. Paid for a lifetime warranty on my windows, just for them to tell me I need to fix them myself. Why pay for the warranty if I'm the one that has to fix them.....
