Front desk staff is always very nice, especially the older gentleman. Same with the lab staff. Always nice. I cannot say the same for some of the other staff. Some of the nurses are snappy and rude and just don’t care. They try to get you in and out as quickly as possible without doing a whole lot for you.
I have been going here since I was 4 years old , I am 31 now. For years I had Dr. Polizzi and his wife which who were amazing, but then he dropped some of his practices. Now I see Dr. Ian Charnley. He is outstanding. Such an amazing place!
Best crew around friendly and they have always treated me well. I know because I’ve been to all local ER’s all numerous times and these folks are the best. I’m here for the rest of my time.
