Herman Smith went above and beyond to help us with a last minute condition report with road test for two classic cars we were considering buying at a dealership in Grand Rapids, MI. He accommodated a next day appointment and as we live out of state, he went to the dealership himself and did a thorough inspection and road test for both vehicles. Cost was very fair and Herman sent us the detailed reports that very same day! His reports allowed us to make an informed decision and we ended up purchasing one of the cars. Working with Herm and ProChek was outstanding. Herm took the time to educate me so I could make a solid decision with my classic car purchase. He could hear things in a video that I missed while standing next to the car. I highly recommend Herm and ProChek. Thanks again Guru!!
