Chuck Carpenter is a very informative home inspector, I am a new home owner and was given 5 days to find a home inspector, luckily my husband and I found him quickly to use his services. We needed a home inspector who had experience, knowledge and certification because Michigan doesn't require licensure for home inspectors. We also wanted an inspector who could complete a sewer scope and only a few home inspectors provide this service. Chuck was able to complete our inspection in 2.5 hrs for a 1,200sq ft home.
