PATTY identifies which Service Technician will come out, which will lead You to meet the Most Amazing Man, MARK..!!! Mark arrived on time as PATTY stated, but when MARK showed Up, MARK had #2 dog cookies for My dog, MARK even took the time to greet and rub My dog..!!! After, that MARK went to work on My Generac Generator. MARK went above and beyond, He cleaned My Unit (I was actually embarrassed it was so dirty) up, He also identified what My problems were, repaired the problems, but get THIS, MARK allowed Me to bring out My BIBLE and read a Quote from the Book of MARK, how Cool is that..??? NO Judgment..!!! MARK is TRULY a Breath of FRESH Air..!!! MARK realized he didn't have the part he needed, so he calledPATTY, and I could over hear PATTY say, "Make sure that my unit is up and running. Do You See how involved PATTY is in the Service Calls..???MARK repaired my generac generator, even revealed that some of My generator problems were still covered under My warranty, not only that, MARK set up My generator to send Me routine maintenance messages, as well as setting it up my generator where MARK can remotely get into My generator to troubleshoot without having to come out on site. Now, if that's NOT EXCELLENT Service, then I don't know what is..!!!
