After trying to clean a drain myself for several hours, I knew I needed the professionals. I called Roto router, and after a quick diagnosis, Natalie came out within the hour. She was professional, sweet and she knew her stuff. It took two times to clear out the drain, But she was very successful. I highly recommend Natalie!

Matt and Cam came out in the morning to assess the work and once I approved it, they were able to complete the job the same day. Very impressed with how quickly things were handled, but more importantly the quality of the work. Both Matt and Cam communicated well (I was not there while they were doing the assessment or the repair) and let me know when everything was done. Payment was super easy as well, they just sent a link over text to pay! Highly recommend East End Plumbing!

Our service gentlemen were GREAT!!! Professional, knew what to do to eliminate our problem, which was to install a new water heater. They quoted us a reasonable price and we were very happy with the care they took regarding installing it and picking up after themselves.
