Update: I received a very apologetic voicemail along with an offer to reschedule my reflexology appointment. The spa had a calm, soothing atmosphere with gentle lighting and a pleasant eucalyptus scent. I had a relaxing experience and thoroughly enjoyed the service. I would definitely return.
In one word: horrible.
To start, it was a challenge just trying to get an appointment. Their web application only lets you request a time, not actually book one, and I didn’t hear anything back for days. I then tried using the mobile site—there I could see available times, but could only choose same-day appointments and couldn’t change the date. Next, I attempted calling multiple times… not a single answer.
After about a week of trying, I finally received a random text confirming an appointment. No heads-up, no chance to pick the time—just a confirmation. I accepted it anyway and completed the waiver form via the link provided.
I showed up a few minutes before my appointment and walked to the door… it was locked. I went back to my car and tried calling the number on the door—again, no answer (of course).
I left a voicemail while sitting outside, hoping someone might at least acknowledge the situation. I waited a few more minutes, but nobody showed up, so I left—beyond disappointed and extremely frustrated.
It has now been a week since that supposed appointment, and no one has bothered to return the call or even apologize.
Don't waste your time with this business.

Body Sculpt, Better Body Med Spa is a pure breath of fresh air I booked an appointment through Groupon because I was looking for a place that did cupping; and when I arrived for my appointment I entered into the building and I felt at peace; it was beautiful scent that permeated the air and I received this warm welcome from whom I found out later was the owner, with a beautiful smile; and more than that I was treated like a queen; I was served water on a silver platter and given a tour of the spa and I was excited to experience the services that body sculpt had to offer upon the completion of cupping, and the infrared sauna I became a member that day. One of the best spa experiences I have ever had. Thank you Mrs. Sparks I am a believer definitely 5⭐️ for me! ❤️

Tried to book an appointment with this company, I called the phone number on their website and was connected with someone who sounded like they were answering a personal call. It did not sound like a business phone at all, did not greet with a business name, nothing. I had to ask if I even had the right number. The woman told me she was texting the front desk to confirm my appointment we were trying to set up. After a few minutes she advised she would call me in 30 minutes to confirm the appointment. 2 days later after not hearing back, I emailed them on the form on their website. Another 6 days later and I have still not heard a word back. To say communication is poor is an understatement.

We had a group of 8 for a spa party! Monica and crew made sure everything was perfect adding special extra touches. Everyone was extremely friendly! We will be making this a yearly thing!
