I purchased a Trane furnace and air conditioning system from Trzos many many years ago (like maybe 15-18 years ago). Both are still running with zero issues. This summer I decided to clean the air conditioning unit myself. A little tricky taking it apart. Even more tricky putting it back together. I called Trane for guidance, they told me to call my local Trane dealer, which I did. When I explained my issue, they put me through to Phil Trzos who spent the better part of 45 minutes discussing how to proceed with the self maintenance, complete with texting photos for his review and comment.

A/C was blowing warm, was 93 degrees outside. Placed service call at 8 am when they opened on Monday. I'm 10 miles from Trzos facility and by 930 am the capacitor was replaced and it was blowing cold.
Otto atroz is an excellent place to get your heating and cooling needs done. We had an Office furnace down at our shop. They came out and fixed it and just charged a service charge because it was just a simple fix. We also have a Floor Heat system at my home and they came out and fix that because the drain water was freezing up. Did a great job great highly recommended. If they’re busy wait for them! I know they’ll get to you as soon as possible. Thanks again for your service.
