About Life Time
The Life Time Bloomfield Township is an athletic country club that offers a wide range of services. Members can enjoy a large fitness floor, unlimited studio classes, and eucalyptus steam rooms. The club also provides unlimited group training and personalized attention with a Signature Membership. The facility is clean and spacious, with a spa offering excellent service. The gym provides a welcoming atmosphere with a variety of services and trainers, such as the popular trainer Megan. Customers praise the friendly and helpful staff, particularly at the front desk. The club is known for its great gym with convenient hours and a clean facility. Customers have been coming here for over a year and working out with the fantastic trainer Mo, who has a great sense of humor and a positive attitude, empowering them to work out even harder. The staff are very friendly, and the equipment is always in good condition.
I’ve been going to Lifetime for a few years now but recently moved to Bloomfield Hills and upgraded my membership to go to this signature location. Facility is top notch, upscale and attracts good people. Never have an issue with parking or finding equipment either.
I have had the great pleasure of being trained by Asal Hoeini several times. She truly does an excellent job. Asal is tremendously knowledgeable, and it is a pleasure to work out with her. She is truly an asset to your Life Time facility in Bloomfield Hills.

My daughter brought her a photo/video of a new hip hairstyle she wanted to try and Jaclyn took her time talking with her and really made my daughter feel comfortable and the result is just gorgeous.
