Jeff, Kim and Alyssa are all excellent. Went in back in August with shoulder pain due to a calcium deposit and tear in my rotator cuff. After a few months of consistent therapy the pain has for the most part disappeared and my range of motion is greatly improved. Everyone was very knowledgeable but also incredibly personable. Will certainly choose them again for all my PT needs.

Dr. Casselman is the best I have ever known, and I have been seeing Chiropractors since I was a young adult. He is kind, thorough, listens and then addresses the issues. I was diagnosed with a pinched nerve and have been suffering for months. My medical Dr. scheduled me for multiple procedures but after a few visits with Dr. Casselman, I am better and looking to be completely over this soon. His staff is engaging and professional and will work to get you in.

I just had my first 2 Appointments with Heather and Amy overseeing the administrative duties. Hygienist Kelly has been so kind and supportive, and performed an excellent exam and cleaning. I am so happy with my experience. They are kind, efficient and a great dental team with Dr, Shiva Hogugi the ultimate dentist. She is thorough and kind, and innovative in her practice. First time customer, I drove all the way from Canton just to get my makeup done by Latoya. I felt welcoming. Latoya was very professional and full of good spirit. I highly recommend her, when she was through with my makeup and I looked in the mirror I was very impressed; I felt like a brand new woman. She’s top notch and you can tell she enjoys what she does. I hired Sage Green Floral Shoppe for my wedding at Pine Knob Mansion. When I tell you this was the best decision I ever made, I mean it. If I had to plan my wedding all over again, Erin would be the very first person I would call because she did just a FABULOUS job. If I could give 10 stars out of 5, I would. I am BEYOND impressed with everything. Everything was absolutely beautiful and perfect and Erin truly brought my vision to life. My favorite flowers are Peonies and I had mentioned this to Erin during our meeting and she SOMEHOW got Peonies into my bouquet in October which is just WILD. I could go on and on. This is a very well done hair salon. The owner refurbished a long standing property beautifully. It's also clean and well organized. My sweet friend Risa is the only additional stylist. I can't say enough positive about her abilities as a stylist. She is exceptional. She has always taken her role very seriously- prides herself in staying in touch with all the latest and greatest but knows the styles that are everlasting as well. My hair is in completely different shape since I've been able to come here! It's so much healthier and the cut, color and highlights -sheer perfection I always feel like a new improved version of myself when I leave!! Don't forget to ask for RISA when you call!!!
My project with Creative Deign & Build was putting in 2 stone retainer walls and stone steps down to the back yard, also new yard lights front and back. The finished job looks great. Their people were easy and great to work with, especially the Supervisor on site, I think his name was Tony. Stephen is easy to work with, made design suggestions along the way, and made himself available as needed. This is my 2nd project with Creative Design & Build. The reason I went with them again is a good job the first time, ease of working with them and TRUST.

I purchased a Trane furnace and air conditioning system from Trzos many many years ago (like maybe 15-18 years ago). Both are still running with zero issues. This summer I decided to clean the air conditioning unit myself. A little tricky taking it apart. Even more tricky putting it back together. I called Trane for guidance, they told me to call my local Trane dealer, which I did. When I explained my issue, they put me through to Phil Trzos who spent the better part of 45 minutes discussing how to proceed with the self maintenance, complete with texting photos for his review and comment.
100% best HVAC customer service I have ever experienced. Phil made nothing but was kind enough to guide me through completion of my job. Thank you Phil! I'll be back when I need a replacement unit!
