“Makayla was fantastic with my fearful English Mastiff! She listened to my abuse-rescue spiel, accepted and used his commands, and she gave him time to smell her and the space to acclimate so it was the best possible experience for him. When I picked him up, he wasn't shut down like he can be with new people, he was contentedly sitting and watching another dog be groomed, and came home smelling and looking fantastic! He smelled really nice for a lot longer than he has previously being groomed, too!
