“We had a really great experience with Griffon Pond Pet Resort. The facility feels very safe and secure, and I loved the door code access, it made everything easy while still feeling controlled.

My pets were very well cared for. They each had their own separate space, and the dogs have access to an isolated outdoor area whenever they want, which I thought was a huge plus. You can tell they prioritize comfort and safety.

Another thing I really appreciated is that they allow visitors. If you have friends or family who want to stop in and check on your dog while you’re out of town, you can grant them access, which is such a thoughtful touch and definitely helps ease anxiety (for both you and your pet).

The only small hiccup I had was with pickup. I boarded both my cat and dog, and the cat was in the office area, which has a separate coded access from the dog kennels. It was a little confusing at first, but I got it sorted out quickly and picked them up without any issues.

Overall, I would absolutely use them again, just make sure you understand the pickup/drop-off process ahead of time and you’ll be good to go.“
